VISPLO(Review Verification System Series) is a machine located downstream of AOI so that the operator can finally accurately detect the true defect. It receives NG information through linkage with AOI and provides real images of NG POINTs.
An internally mounted 360-degree rotating camera allows the operator to check leads such as lifting or chip open that are not visible from a flat surface.
By introducing this equipment, re-examination through existing magnifying glasses and microscopes is unnecessary.
